A 12-week private mentorship and coaching programme focused on strengthening portfolio storytelling, developing one priority case study, clarifying professional strengths and contribution, and establishing a stronger foundation for Senior UI/UX Designer positioning. Professional guidance, critique, feedback, resources, structured exercises and accountability are provided. Specific employment, interview, salary, promotion or hiring outcomes are not guaranteed.
Stage 1 includes 6 × 90-minute private online sessions across 12 weeks, typically one session every two weeks, with reasonable asynchronous support and progress follow-up between sessions.
Includes portfolio and case-study review, one priority case-study development, storytelling and design-rationale feedback, contribution/value clarification, foundation of Senior UI/UX positioning, agreed session recordings, personalised notes and action points, relevant resources, accountability check-ins and reasonable WhatsApp support. The Client remains responsible for completing their own portfolio, case studies, CV, applications and professional work. Full portfolio redesign/development is not a guaranteed deliverable.
Diagnose: portfolio audit, career goals, strengths, positioning and case-study selection. Develop: case-study structure, problem framing, storytelling, design rationale, contribution and impact. Grow: refinement, portfolio storytelling, career positioning and market alignment. Deliverables depend on participation, available materials, progress and priorities.
Stage 2 — Career Positioning & Market Strategy and Stage 3 — Job Search & Career Growth are separate services unless explicitly included in the selected package. The Stage 1 + Stage 2 option includes Stage 2; Stage 3 remains separate.
Stage 1 standard fee is ₹30,000, with a pay-in-full programme fee of ₹28,000. Stage 1 + Stage 2 has a pay-in-full programme fee of ₹36,000.
The existing Human for Human service terms covering client responsibilities, scheduling and rescheduling, active participation, confidentiality, privacy and data use, intellectual property and materials, recording, professional guidance and disclaimer, termination, limitation of liability, governing law and electronic acceptance apply to this programme.
